In the back office, you’ll support our managers and specialists and help ensure the smooth execution of our projects and services. With your organizational skills and digital mindset, you’ll always keep track of everything and actively help shape our processes.
You work with precision, organization, and an eye for detail. At the same time, you’re eager to actively integrate digital tools and AI-powered solutions into your daily work. Variety is guaranteed here.
As the team’s last line of defense, you play an active role in ensuring that errors—no matter where they come from—never reach our customers. This means you contribute your ideas, ask questions when necessary, and act with reliability. The whole team can count on you.
You’ll be the first point of contact when our customers need help, and you’ll proactively bring potential areas for improvement to our attention. Our back-office team offers you the opportunity to take on responsibility in a dynamic, digital environment and make a real difference.

All tasks at a glance
- Receiving requests from our customers by telephone, e-mail, chat, etc.
- Implementation and coordination of procurement and subscriptions
- Management and maintenance of our customer data
- Creation and maintenance of documentation and work aids
- Coordination and optimization of work processes
- Control of attendance and performance recording
- Support in the areas of projects, orders, budget and human resources
- Support from all employees in organization and control
- Controlling projects, contingents and support
- Organization and support in the planning of corporate events
- Management of company vehicles and infrastructure support
- Publication of job advertisements, pre-selection of applicants and coordination of interviews.
Technologies that await you with us
You bring the following qualifications to the pack
- You have completed basic business training (commercial apprenticeship or similar) and, ideally, have some initial experience in a digital or technology-related field
- You work reliably and conscientiously, identify discrepancies, address them directly, and ensure that they do not reach the customers
- You’re tech-savvy and enjoy working with modern tools, whether it’s Microsoft 365, project management software, or AI assistants
- You're a quick learner and open to familiarizing yourself with new software and digital processes
- You communicate clearly, directly, and charmingly, both internally and with customers
- You have a very good command of German and are fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- You have a knack for organization and can keep everything under control even during busy periods
- You are a team player and enjoy working independently just as much
- You take the initiative and actively point out areas for improvement
- You don't need technical IT expertise; curiosity and a willingness to learn are more important
