Why we have decided to restructure

The rapid development in the IT sector calls for new educational approaches. Traditional training models are often unable to keep up with the pace and demands of the modern working world. That is why we at Raptus AG have decided to fundamentally revise our training model.

Our aim is to better prepare our apprentices for the challenges of the digital future by giving them more and more responsibility and creative freedom during their training. This enables them to develop their talents to the full and become the specialists that our industry urgently needs.

The central features of our training model

• Independent organization of training: Our apprentices have the opportunity to actively shape their training. They set themselves personal goals and work with the vocational trainers to find a way to achieve them.
• Promoting independence and responsibility: From the very beginning, we place great importance on our trainees taking on responsibility and working independently. This not only boosts their self-confidence, but also prepares them optimally for their future careers.‍
• Active involvement in projects: Learners are involved in real customer projects right from the start. This enables them to gain practical experience and apply their knowledge directly.‍
• Continuous reflection and feedback: Regular reflection meetings with the vocational trainers are an integral part of our training. This helps apprentices to assess their progress and continuously improve.
