A solid foundation for everyday life
As the company grew, its existing IT infrastructure reached its limits. New employees, an additional location, and increasing demands for security and availability.
Raptus first analyzed the initial situation and worked with Mr. and Mrs. Kohler to develop a roadmap. Priorities were clearly established: What needed to be done immediately, and what could wait? Step by step, this created a solid foundation without disrupting day-to-day operations.
New employees were able to be productive from day one. Today, the IT infrastructure runs smoothly in the background, is proactively monitored, and can be scaled as needed.
What Raptus has accomplished
- Analysis of the current situation, proactive consulting, and planning
- Modern workspaces for all employees
- Connections to the new "The Valley" location
- Upgrading the company network
- Password-free sign-in with Windows Hello
- Centralized device management with Microsoft Intune

A website that generates leads
Häubi AG’s external communications were previously spread across five websites. Working with its SEO partner, Digital Leverage, Raptus developed a strategy: a central platform that converts traffic into leads, with a clear target audience focus and a technically sound design optimized for search engines and AI models.
What Raptus has accomplished
- Strategy and consolidation of five brand websites
- Target Audience, Information Architecture, and Content
- Design and implementation of the new platform
- Search Engine Optimization with Digital Leverage
- Empowering the team to provide care independently
The website was built using Webflow, a cloud-based CMS that automatically handles hosting, security updates, and maintenance in the background. Unlike traditional systems, this eliminates the need for manual updates and the effort involved in maintaining technical components.

Connections that are available immediately
The existing phone system was no longer suitable for a growing company with multiple locations. Through discussions, it became clear what requirements the new solution really needed to meet—from connecting multiple locations to the independent management of call queues.
Building on this, Raptus implemented a 3CX solution, which included on-site, personalized training for all employees. The feedback was immediate: the system is intuitive to use, and connections are established instantly. Today, employees can make calls from anywhere and manage their work hours and call queues independently.
What Raptus has accomplished
- Implementation of Digital Telephony with 3CX
- In-person training for all employees
- Administrator Training for Self-Management
- Coordination of Termination of Previous Provider
3CX is a software-based phone system. Employees can be reached at their business numbers—whether on a desk phone, via the web client, or on the go using the smartphone app. Licensing is based on the number of concurrent calls, not on the number of employees. This makes the solution particularly easy to plan for growing teams.

Growth without delay
Häubi AG is growing, and its IT infrastructure is growing with it. Raptus manages day-to-day operations, sets up new workstations, and expands the infrastructure as needed. Whether it’s a new location, additional staff, or new requirements, implementation is always quick and straightforward.
The website is also being continuously expanded with new pages, improved navigation, and SEO-optimized content to increase its reach.
What Raptus has accomplished
- Ongoing IT support and proactive maintenance
- Onboarding new employees
- Ongoing expansion of infrastructure and network
- Further development of the website with new content and features
- SEO content for greater reach
