PIM system Corvo was developed further in a targeted manner in order to make the most of the new opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. The focus was on the integration of AI functions and simplified maintenance of product data.
A PIM centralizes the management of product information and ensures that all channels - from the web store to the catalog - are always supplied with correct, complete and up-to-date data.
Customer focus meets AI - requirements as the basis for real solutions
Clear use cases were identified on the customer side. These included the translation or text generation of individual fields, prompt management, chat integration, spell checking, paraphrasing, the extraction of structured data and batch processing with a review process. We structured these requirements in the product design and organized them into modules. This enabled us to specify the desired functions in a targeted manner and then implement them efficiently.

From test to product - iterative implementation with real feedback
A functional prototype was provided in a protected environment in order to gather real user feedback at an early stage. It quickly became clear that the new AI functions met a real need and offered tangible added value for users.
With this validation, we further developed and finalized the features in several iterations. The result is a practicable product design that we are now rolling out to customers step by step. The gradual introduction makes it possible to integrate the system smoothly during ongoing operations.
Basic module
The basic module helps to process product data efficiently. Texts can be automatically generated, translated or reworded. Spelling is also checked. This creates consistent content in multiple languages that can be used directly for different sales channels.
Extraction
The extraction module is used to obtain product information directly from PDFs, websites or tables. The data is automatically structured, supplemented and prepared for use in the PIM system. This saves time and quickly provides usable content for sales.
Prompt management
Prompt management gives you control over AI-supported text creation. You define how content for marketing, product data or specific user roles should look. Templates help you get started quickly, but can be adapted to individual requirements at any time - completely flexibly.
Autopilot
The Autopilot module takes over central content creation and maintenance tasks fully automatically.
